Grounded & Glowing: Yoga to Start Your Wedding Day Right
Hi all! I can’t believe it’s already mid-June. Time flies!
It’s been awhile since I’ve shared a blog, and I wanted to catch you up on a recent event.
Last weekend, I had the pleasure of working with Wooded Wild Events and WNC wedding planner Emily Carpenter to provide wedding morning yoga to a very sweet couple at an Air BnB in Barnardsville.

It was an awesome morning! The wedding was hosted at an Air BnB in Barnardsville. Funny enough, it was the exact same AirBnB I went to in April for the Genius Frequency Facilitator’s Training immersion (check out my blog on Genius Frequency Facilitator training here). I was familiar with the space, and it truly made the morning even better!
In the back left of the photo, you can see the yoga props closet that this Air BnB provides. It was a huge bonus to have access to yoga props for class, though I have taught in many environments, with and without props. Last season, I taught two outdoor wedding morning classes with mats only. I am happy to work with whatever situation my clients present to me. We can make it work!
Gladly, the AirBnb that Hillary and Jacob chose had a yoga closet! We were able to work with yoga blocks, and I brought straps for class (purple straps, my favorite color!).
It was a wonderful morning, and I truly enjoyed my work with Wooded Wild Events. Check them out here for your Western North Carolina wedding and event planning needs!
