Grounded & Glowing: Yoga to Start Your Wedding Day Right
Hi all! I can’t believe it’s already mid-June. Time flies!
It’s been awhile since I’ve shared a blog, and I wanted to catch you up on a recent event.
Last weekend, I had the pleasure of working with Wooded Wild Events and WNC wedding planner Emily Carpenter to provide wedding morning yoga to a very sweet couple at Whiskey Rock in Barnardsville.

It was an awesome morning! The wedding was hosted at Whiskey Rock in Barnardsville, NC. Click here to learn more about the venue and book it! Funny enough, I first experienced Whiskey Rock when I attended the Genius Frequency Facilitator’s Training immersion in April (check out my blog on Genius Frequency Facilitator training here). I was familiar with the space, and it truly made the morning even better!
In the back left of the photo, you can see the yoga props closet that Whiskey Rock provides. It was a huge bonus to have access to yoga props for class, though I have taught in many environments, with and without props. Last season, I taught two outdoor wedding morning classes with mats only. I am happy to work with whatever situation my clients present to me. We can make it work!
It was a wonderful morning, and I truly enjoyed my work with Wooded Wild Events. Check them out here for your Western North Carolina wedding and event planning needs!
